Before you order
Shipping, returns and care
How do I order and pay?
Write to hello@foldandgrain.pt with what you would like and where it goes. We reply the same day with the total and a card payment link, or you can pay by MB WAY or bank transfer within Portugal.
How long does shipping take?
Orders leave Porto within two working days, cards and notebooks flat between board, posters rolled in a tube. Portugal takes one to two days and costs €5; the rest of the European Union takes three to six days and costs €9. Orders over €80 travel free.
Can I return something?
Yes, within thirty days, unused and in its wrapping. Write to us first and we send the address; we refund the price as soon as it is back in the studio. Pieces printed to order cannot be returned.
Why does my print look slightly different from the picture?
Every sheet is inked and pulled by hand, so the impression and the colour move a little from one to the next. That is the print, not a fault.
How do I look after a print?
Frame it behind glass, away from direct sun and damp walls. Risograph ink stays a little soft, so keep fingers off the printed area for the first week.
Will the notebooks take fountain pen?
The A5 notebook does, with no bleeding through. The sketchbook's cartridge paper is for pencil, ink and light washes.
